What kind of bracelet do I have?

It's a carved Ivory bracelet, 7 different "people" with different figurines and is held together with sterling silver links.

It's from 1940's Japan, I don't really think it's a "peace" or a "yuppie" bracelet.

Pay Pal hasn't sent me the 4 digit code to effect payments from my Sterling account to my Paypal account?

The link from my Sterling account to my Paypal account has been confirmed but they have not sent the 4 digit code necessary for the process to begin: I have tried asking for it to be resent...nothing happens. You cannot talk to anyone at Paypal...the telephone numbers they give do not work. They say that you can send them an e-mail: and when you do you do not get an answer to your question only a couple of suggestions in writing. The link between the 2 accounts has been confirmed why don't they just send me the 4 digit code.
